English Language Courses
Creative and Logical Thinking (in English)
We teach English integrated with real-world skills, so students don’t just learn a language — they learn how to use it.
Who We Are
Better Academy is more than a language school. We are:
Our mission is to teach practical English that students can confidently use:
At Better Academy, English is a tool — not the goal.
English as a Tool, Not a Goal
Grammar and vocabulary alone are no longer enough.
That’s why our programs combine English learning with real, transferable skills that students develop naturally while learning the language:
Students use English to think, create, explain, and express themselves — exactly how the language is used in real life, school projects, and international settings.
Our courses follow the Polish national curriculum, enriched with global educational trends and aligned with the needs of the modern job market.
Mindset and Skills Come First
At Better Academy, learning English also means learning how to learn.
We consciously build:
Education connected to real life
We focus on practical learning. Children don’t memorise information “just for now” — they understand it and know how to use it in new situations, both at school and in everyday life.
Programs designed with intention, not by chance
Every class has a clear developmental goal. We adapt our methods to the child’s age, stage of development and the needs of the group. We don’t follow rigid schemes or ready-made templates.
Trainers, not just teachers
Classes are led by educational trainers — professionals who know how to work with children, build relationships and support their growth. Our team includes specialists with backgrounds in education, technology, science and creative fields.
A safe atmosphere and real support
We take care of children’s emotions, confidence and sense of independence. At Better Academy, children are not afraid to speak, ask questions or make mistakes.

Our mission – English is a tool, we teach much more (English & Skills)
The mission of Better Academy is to prepare children and teenagers for conscious, confident functioning in today’s world — at school, in an international environment and in their future careers.
We teach communication, critical thinking, cooperation and responsibility. That’s why we combine English-language education with meaningful after-school activities such as:

Our Teachers – Educators, Not Just Instructors
Our recruitment process is long and demanding — by design. We do not choose teachers only for their language level or certificates. We select educators who:
Our teachers are native speakers or bilingual educators with international academic backgrounds (including Cambridge, UCL, and King’s College London).
They teach online and in schools and bring passion, creativity, and responsibility into every lesson.

Our story – from one room to several thousand children
Better Academy has been running courses for children and teenagers in Warsaw since January 16, 2014. We started very modestly — with one rented room and Saturday educational classes. Our first students were bilingual and English-speaking children whose parents were looking for more than traditional school learning.
In our first leadership programs, children:
One of the girls who attended those early classes is now finishing her studies at a prestigious design university in London. Many of our former students are currently studying mathematics, physics, technology or creative arts — because, as they say, they learned to understand subjects instead of being afraid of them.
Parents and children who trusted us invited us into schools. As early as March, we began cooperation with TBS School in Warsaw, where for many years we have delivered leadership, science and programming programs. We have been an educational partner there for over 14 years.
Over time, international schools joined us — French, German, Canadian and British. Since 2022, we have been an educational partner of Eduventura School at all levels, from preschool to high school.
Several thousand children and young people have already passed through Better Academy.

Our values – what guides us every day
At Better Academy, relationships, trust and responsibility come first. We don’t run classes “in bulk” or follow rigid systems.
Partnership with parents
We treat parents as partners. We talk, listen and stay in close contact. We know you entrust us with what matters most — your child.
Listening to children
Every child is different. We observe, ask questions and respond. If something doesn’t work, we change it. Children don’t have to “fit into a system” here.
Trust and responsibility
We take full responsibility for our classes. Programs are well thought out, trainers are prepared, and every activity has a clear purpose. We don’t promise what we can’t deliver.
Safety and calm
We create a supportive environment. Children can ask questions, make mistakes and try again — without pressure, fear or judgment.
Quality over quantity
We work in small groups and focus on quality. We prefer fewer classes that truly make a difference.
