How We Teach at Better Academy – Children, Teenagers and Adults

At Better Academy, we teach children, teenagers and adultsonline, on-site in Warsaw schools and kindergartens, and through programmes for companies and institutions.

We teach English, communication skills, programming and future-ready competencies in a practical, engaging way, always built on relationships and trust.

For us, education is not about the format.
It is a well-designed process, where: people matter more than programmes, communication matters more than theory, development matters more than assessment.

Who Do We Teach at Better Academy?

Children (ages 5–10)

We teach through play, movement, projects and experience.
We build confidence, curiosity and communication courage from the very beginning.

Teenagers (ages 11–16)

We develop English communication skills, project-based thinking and competencies that genuinely support further education and future choices.

Adults and Companies

We teach practical English and communication: for work, for meetings and presentations, for functioning confidently in international environments. No school-style theory. A strong focus on real-life use.

Warsaw Schools

We are an educational partner for Warsaw schools and kindergartens. We deliver classes in: English, communication skills, soft skills, programming and project-based learning. We complement the school system — we do not compete with it.

We Teach Communication, Not Just Language

What Tools Do We Use to Teach?

 Over 2,000 Educational Games

We use a collection of over 2,000 educational games to support: language learning, communication, collaboration, logical thinking.
Games are not “extras”.
They are intentional teaching tools.

20 Educational Learning Mats

We work with 20 educational mats that: involve movement, improve focus, support learning through experience. They are especially effective when working with children and younger teenagers.

Educational Robots

We use educational robots to: introduce programming, develop logical thinking, encourage teamwork, integrate English naturally through action.

Teaching Methods We Use

Learning Through Action and Projects

Learners: create, design, programme, present their ideas.
The learning outcome is visible and meaningful.

Communicative Language Teaching (CLT)

From the very first classes, we focus on speaking and interaction, not passive exercises.

Task-Based Learning

Every class has a clear communication or project goal, such as: role-playing a real situation, designing a solution, presenting an idea. Learners understand why they are learning.

Personalisation

We adapt: level, pace, tools to the age, needs and goals of each learner — child, teenager or adult.
